We stock a varied and fascinating collection of artwork for you to enjoy, but realize that questions may come up at points during your browsing and purchasing experience. To make life easier for our clients, we’ve compiled a selection of commonly asked questions. We want to ensure your browsing experience is easy and help facilitate your connection with fantastic art.
WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE TO PRINT ART?
We utilize 3rd party companies to print and produce our products at museum quality standards. We have specifically chosen these companies for their quality, meeting our high standards.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we have a 30 day return policy. Such claims must be submitted before the 30 days to ensure a refund or replacement. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date to receive your refund. However, because all our items are custom made on demand, we do not provide refunds for other reasons, such as change of mind, ordered by mistake, or the like. Thank you for your understanding.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! This feature is important to us as our artists are from all over the world - with connections to people all over the world. When you proceed to checkout, the cost of shipping to your location will appear.
CAN I SELL MY ARTWORK ON HERE?
If you are a 3rd culture individual (e.g. considered an MK, grew up overseas, etc.), who loves to create art, then please contact us. We are looking for more artists to join our community. We will send you an application so we can get to know more about you, your background and your talent. Once you are accepted, we will set up your page, give you access to our 3rd Culture Artists community forum, and as you send in your artwork, we will showcase that and determine what items it would look good on.
